Case

You wish to create an ELM Editor Report based on an existing Event View or Performance Data object.

Procedure

For ELM 5.5 Products:

  1. Expand the Results container so that the Event Views, Performance Data, and Reporting subcontainers are visible.
  2. Expand the Event Views container.
  3. Configure the properties of the Event View, add Include/Exclude filters for the desired results.
  4. Expand the Event Views or Performance Data container so that the Event View or Performance Object you wish to base your report on is visible.
  5. Right click the Event View or Performance Data object and select New Custom Report.The Event View or Performance Data object will now appear as a Report under the ELM Editor and may be modified as needed.
  6. The Event View or Performance Data object will now appear as a Report under the ELM Editor and may be modified as needed.

For ELM Enterprise Manager 6.x:

  1. Expand the Results container so that the Event Views and Performance Data subcontainers are visible.
  2. Expand the Event Views container.
  3. Configure the properties of the Event View, add Include/Exclude filters for the desired results.
  4. Expand the Event Views or Performance Data container so that the Event View or Performance Object you wish to base your report on is visible.
  5. Right click the Event View or Performance Data object and select Create Editor Report.

The Event View or Performance Data object will now appear as a Report under Reporting -> ELM Editor and may be modified as needed.
