Network Popup Message Notification

ELM supports the use of network pop-up messages (aka "Net Send") as a notification method. This enables administrators to send pop-up messages to Windows-based computers that are running the Messenger service (Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003, and Windows Server 2008).

The sent message can be customized to display all or any portion of the event details.
