TNT Software Sponsors Family for the Holidays Through SHARE Program

December 17, 2007, TNT Software, Inc., Vancouver, WA - It was mid-July when the management team at TNT Software came to the final agenda item for the weekly meeting; Christmas party planning. With another year of profitability and growth well underway the idea was proposed to sponsor a family in need this year in lieu of a company-wide Christmas party. In a matter of minutes, a unanimous decision was made that TNT Software would come together as a family to show their support for another local family.

"We wanted to find a local organization that we could work with to provide a memorable Christmas holiday for a local family," said Susie Taylor, Office Manager at TNT Software. "We found the SHARE Organization of Vancouver and knew right away that this was the organization that was going to help us make that happen. "Through the remainder of the year plans were made to use budget dollars that had been set aside for holiday festivities on a local family's Christmas miracle.

On Thursday night, December 13, the TNT Software staff and their families got together after business hours for a potluck dinner and gift wrapping celebration. "There was just a buzz of excitement in the air tonight as everyone worked together getting all the gifts and food ready that had been purchased," commented Steve Taylor, President of TNT Software. "You just couldn't help but smile and feel really good about everything that was going on." A variety of toys, clothes and household goods were wrapped and decorated for the young family of five, and enough food items for about one month's supply were boxed up and readied for delivery the following day.

Every child should have that sense of wonder on Christmas morning. To know that they're loved and cared for. We're all lucky to be as fortunate as we are and to be able to share some of that good fortune with someone else is really the best Christmas present that we could ever hope for," said Susie Taylor. By the end of the night, TNT Software had already pledged to sponsor another family for Christmas next year through the SHARE program.
