Our system and event monitoring software products are all based on core ELM Enterprise Class Technology. This technology provides a scalable yet flexible rules based system for monitoring, alerting, and reporting. Using small footprint Agents, either as real-time installed Service agents or polling Virtual Agents, ELM monitors the health and status of distributed Windows systems. Data collected is processed at the central ELM Server and stored in a Microsoft SQL Server database.
